COLOMBIA Light Roast

This single origin coffee is a blend from a women's cooperative of farms in Colombia.

Roasted on the lighter side CWC holds up extremely well across various brewing methods and its full body, explodes with smooth cocoa, molasses and subtle spice. 

You cant go wrong brewing this coffee and expanding its flavour profiles. At Vintage we brew it with a very coarse grind and a longer total brew time giving the coffee a tea like aroma allowing it to release a floral flavour as well. 

Feel like a brewing champion from espresso, aeropress, mocha pot, french press, pour over and even auto drip methods.
